Dear Holly: Timmy Turtle the Jellycat

10 years, 1 months.

Dear Holly,

Now that your Warmies collection is well above 30, you felt inspired to take it to the next level and buy a new Jellycat stuffie; since you only had about 3 of them.

The thing is, Jellycats easily cost double what Warmies do! Some of the Jellycats you have been wanting cost as much as $75, which is just ridiculous for a fancy stuffed animal!

Fortunately, Mommy was able to help you out and found you a brand-new Jellycat on eBay for $24 (which you bought with some of your birthday money) as opposed to the $50 price tag had you bought it anywhere else.

Timmy Turtle arrived this week in the mail. You immediately took it upon yourself to make him his very own birth certificate!

Dear Holly: You Chose the Jelly Cat Bunny I Got You as Your Favorite Toy

7 years.

Dear Holly,

Back in 2015, when Mommy was only 21 weeks pregnant with you, I bought you a very special stuffed bunny; in anticipation of you being born.

Here we are, 7 and a half years later, and I learned this week that you chose that Jelly Cat bunny to use in a special project for school, about your favorite toy.

You explained, “One reason is it is soft. Another reason is it is from my dad and it is really special.”

I have always been aware of an exclusive bond that you and I share.

To quote one of my favorite bands ever Oasis, “I don’t believe that anybody feels the way I do about you now.”

It means so much to me that you chose the bunny I got you 6 months before you were born.

Dear Holly: Your Matching Elsa and Olaf Nightgown for Your Jelly Cat Bunny

2 years, 9 months.

Dear Holly,

Three years ago, which was a few months before you were born, I bought you a Jelly Cat bunny with a flower design for its ears: Blossom Bunny Posey.

It has been one of your favorite stuffed animals this whole time.

Well, for Christmas, Aunt Dana got you an Elsa and Olaf nightgown, that also came with a smaller version of itself for a doll.

Needless to say, your bunny was the doll selected to wear the matching nightgown.

Since Christmas, you have been that much more excited to go to bed each night, knowing you get to wearing your special matching nightgown.

You look so adorable in it!
